The building consists of 2 underground levels(for garages, basements and service rooms), ground floor with garage cells, shops, club-restaurant, six residential floors and two underroof floors. The construction of the building is monolythic, no beam and allows joining of apartments, because there were foreseen openings in the bearing construction. The walls are entirely from bricks, the facing of the building is from stone. Except the outside isolation all the inside walls are additionally noise and thermo isolated with machine plaster and OSB – floor. The joinery is wooden with aluminium facing and windows K-type.
